Each time you visit our practice, Mountain ENT will file your insurance for physician services. Any co-pay or deductible is due when service is rendered. In addition, you may receive a bill for the cost of hospital services if laboratory or hospital tests are ordered. If a doctor other than a Mountain ENT physician provides care (for example, a radiologist who reviews your X-rays), they will send you a separate bill.
