Mountain Ear, Nose & Throat participates with the following insurance companies:

- Crescent Employer Groups (Verify coverage with your specific employer)
- Medicaid of North Carolina
- United Healthcare
As a service to our patients, we will file your insurance for physician services. In most cases, we will file claims with insurance companies that we do not participate with, but full payment for the services rendered will be the patient’s responsibility.
Mountain Ear, Nose & Throat accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, Check, Mastercard, Discover, Visa or American Express
It is our policy that we collect full payment of copays, co-insurance and deductibles at the time of service. Office visits will be re-scheduled if you are not prepared to pay your co-pay at the time of your visit. We will collect copayments and deductibles for surgical services prior to the date of surgery. Keep in mind that we are an independent practice and our claims and billing statements are for the services of our providers only. You may receive separate bills for the cost of hospital, laboratory or the services of other physicians.
